Using Readpath

Readpath is a service for creating, discovering, saving, and sharing reading paths. Use it only in a lawful way and in a way that does not interfere with the service or with other readers.

Your account

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information when you create or update an account. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account. We may require email confirmation before you can sign in or use account-dependent features.

Paths and other content

You keep ownership of original titles, descriptions, notes, and other content you submit to Readpath. When you publish content, you give Readpath a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and distribute it as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content and its use do not infringe another person’s rights. Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or intended to harm others.

Book information and third parties

Readpath may display book information, cover images, links, or other material supplied by third parties. That information may change or be incomplete. Readpath does not endorse third-party products, services, or content, and their own terms may apply.

Service changes and availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Readpath. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve published paths and account data, but the service is provided as available and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Ending access

You may stop using Readpath at any time. We may suspend or end access to an account that violates these Terms, creates risk for other users or the service, or is required to be removed by law.

Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, Readpath is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will show when they were last revised. Continuing to use Readpath after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
